4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus is awarded on the first deposit for new members. This bonus may only be used once and is subject to specific wagering requirements.

6 Prohibited Activities

If any of the above prohibited activities are suspected, BanglaBeat will conduct an investigation and may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

7 Limitation of Liability

BanglaBeat explicitly states in these Terms and Conditions that it shall not be held liable for the following:

• If a game session is not completed due to an internet disconnection.
• Any loss arising from an issue with the user's own device.
• Due to server issues on the part of a third-party provider (game supplier).
• If services are disrupted due to a natural disaster or any other force majeure event.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account details with another person.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

BanglaBeat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:
